DELIVERY

 

The cost of delivery of items is included, unless otherwise stated. For bespoke items the cost will be detailed in correspondence related to the order.

 

Delivery of spades and forks will be within 5 working days. A signature is required. There is a 3 week lead time on personalised spades and forks as they are made to order. Personalised items are non-refundable.

 

 

RETURNS

 

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please tap here to contact Land Designs directly for a swift resolution of the matter. You have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to return the item within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price.  This does not include cost of shipping to the purchaser or the return shipping.

 

Each unique Jo Burchell piece is made to order by hand and therefore are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. 

 

Please carefully measure the space in which the sculpture will be placed and be sure that the work you order is right for you.

PRIVICY POLICY

 

When a customer makes a purchase from the Land Designs website their details are stored on a secure server in order to process the purchase. This includes name, address, telephone, email, and card details. We take privicy very seriously, and therefore will never share those details with any third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
